My primary focus is working with individual clients aged 16 and up. I work to get to know each client through an extensive intake which helps me to work with you to create and set realistic goals for yourself for the counselling process. The counselling journey is personalized and adjusted as needed to ensure you’re always working effectively towards your goals.

I guide my clients every step of the way and implement various methods to help them develop new attitudes towards all of life’s most complex matters. I believe in providing comprehensive mental health services to clients in a friendly, relaxed, but professional atmosphere. I believe in educating my clients as I work with them to achieve holistic wellness in all aspects of their life.
