I believe that every client is unique and therefore requires an individualized treatment approach. I will work with you to develop a treatment plan to help you achieve your personal therapeutic goals. Some of the therapeutic techniques that I borrow from include person-centered therapy, solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and mindfulness. I believe that the therapeutic alliance between therapist and client is the most important aspect of therapy and strive to provide a safe space where you will feel comfortable sharing your honest thoughts, feelings, and feedback, knowing you will be met with unconditional positive regard in return.
